Please note that all orders are subject to verifications – in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. Bernd Serafin Thaler reserves all rights to request additional identification information, if necessary.
With EU Standard Shipping you will receive your order within 2-5 business days from the day the order was shipped.
With International Shipping you will receive your order within 10 business days, from the day the order was shipped.
Excluding weekends and bank holidays. Longer delivery times may occur depending on certain areas.
Orders will be fulfilled with a trackable courier to allow you to anticipate your delivery.
The delivery is also pending on order verification and availability of the Products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment.
For security reasons the recipient’s signature is required.
All shipments from Bernd Serafin Thaler to countries outside the EU are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means if you order from our site for delivery outside the EU including Switzerland or Norway, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when your delivery reaches the destination.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and admin fees incurred, therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Any items which are returned to us as an “undeliverable return” as a result of duty fees or inability to reach the customer will be refunded minus the cost of returning the goods to the warehouse.
Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Bernd Serafin Thaler may accept unused Products in their original condition, including undamaged boxes and all related accessories included when you opened the parcel and proceed to a refund if the original purchase receipt is sent with the products.
Please note that we cannot refund any customs and import fees.
The Online Boutique does not offer exchange. A reimbursement will be done on the card used for the purchase.
Please note you are responsible of handling any costs of returning items to us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier service to return your items to us as they are under your responsibility until they reach us.

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as “RETURNED GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent them being held at Customs. Please note that the customer is liable for extra fees incurred for incorrectly marked returns, should they be held at Customs.
Items must be returned in perfect condition.
-Face masks must be returned unworn and with the protective layer still attached.
-You shall try the shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface until You are certain to keep them. The leather-sole must be unmarked. Returning shoes of which the soles appear damaged or marked may result in a fee or refusal of the return.
